Costs

By law, a conveyancer must disclose in writing the costs (or an estimate) they will charge prior to the commencement of the work.

Costs for standard residential:  (Old system title and Company Title Units incur a higher charge)

Purchase : $1,445.00

(which includes all normal statutory property inquiries, title searches, agency fees, exchange and settlement fees, faxes, photocopying and postage)

Sale :          $1,095.00 

 (which includes all normal title searches (up to the value of $50), council zoning certificate, Sydney Water diagrams, agency fees, exchange and settlement fees, faxes, photocopying and postage)
